Sessions are one-on-one, and 30 minutes in duration. Make sure to bring your fully-charged device - or necessary cables / chargers, a notebook, and any relevant passwords.

**Although there's a lot we can help you with, there are some things that we won't be able to troubleshoot because they are outside our scope and abilities, such as your home WiFi / Internet Service, or cell service - things like that are better remedied by calling your internet or cell phone provider.
