For four centuries, Gloucester citizens have served in local, colonial, national, or international military conflicts. Ken Lawson, who has Gloucester roots, has just published a book called, Gloucester, Massachusetts: A Military Storyline. In this book he narrates Gloucester's military story from colonial times to recent military activities in Iraq and Afghanistan. A limited number of books will be for sale at the lecture.
