Herbs as Medicine

Thursday, May 25:30—6:30 PMMain FloorSawyer Free Library21 Main Street, Gloucester, MA, 01930

Join us as Karen Andrew and Susan Davis from the Common Crow share how herbs are medicine. Each participant will go home with the herbal ingredients to enjoy “Golden Milk.” This is a delicious blend of herbs considered to be anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and wonderful for better bedtime sleep. General takeaways will show how herbs have a broad palette of uses, from teas and salves, to first aid and culinary options. The goal is for participants to feel comfortable exploring and experimenting on their own, addressing common issues such as anxiety, sleep, and good digestion.
